A highly dedicated and goal-driven professional with over 13 years of experience in Information Technology including 9 years management-focus tasks relating to delivery and rollout of bespoke software development, application, infrastructure and business change projects.

As an MSP & Prince 2 Practitioner with TOGAF, ITIL, CMMI and CSM certifications, I am productive and focused in supporting complex and deadline-driven operations, resolving challenging projects, and performing duties that require high level of attention. 

Recognised as an innovative and creative professional with proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, I pride myself with hands-on approach in service delivery complemented by an ability to work independently and as a team while maintaining personal integrity.


Implementation of PCI compliance, specifically relating to PA-DSS certification. Administering regulatory compliance specialising in operational separation, with ongoing monitoring providing ongoing quality assurance.

Business Change

Development and implementation of bespoke service delivery frameworks, compiled utilising industry best practice, ensuring alignment with business principles. Establishment of new departments, implementation of processes along with continuous process improvement.

Project Manager in charge of ensuring that all Omega’s projects were carried out within the given time frames and available budgets, as well as providing leadership to the four technical teams, and two programmer teams. This included coordinating, managing and deploying videoconferencing and audiovisual projects to successful completion with handover to clients.

Supported technicians offering first and second line support to corporate head office, and second line support to the M&R group. Enterprise wide changes came into effect and an IT project department was initiated, including this new role of IT project manager for internal projects. Additional responsibilities added later were, change management as well as asset management.

To oversee the IT infrastructure, this meant supporting the users, maintaining all the computer systems, email accounts as well as administrating the networks. Other responsibilities included coordinating out-side-broadcasting units, production of advertisements as well as pre-recorded programs.
