Enterprise wide changes came into effect and an IT project department was initiated, including this new role of IT project manager for internal projects. Additional responsibilities added later were, change management as well as asset management.

To oversee the IT infrastructure, this meant supporting the users, maintaining all the computer systems, email accounts as well as administrating the networks. Other responsibilities included coordinating out-side-broadcasting units, production of advertisements as well as pre-recorded programs.
